Jitendra Darling is a spiritual teacher, shaman and channel for embodied awakening. He is the founder and principal teacher of Core Mastery and Core Awakening Journey, a mystery school that revolutionizes and dignifies how people relate to their human experience.  It opens a person to freedom from fear, judgment and limitations at their core.

Jitendra’s initial awakening into cosmic consciousness in 1975 lasted about 18 months. As his experience weakened he found himself weaving between peaks of transcendent bliss and pits of agonizing frustration, a classic battle between higher spiritual states and the pressures of worldly engagement.  He would continue chasing down this peak experience for almost 2 decades.  20 years later, in 1995, Jitendra awakened again but it was a new kind of awakening.  Rather than transcendently meditating beyond his body, as always before, he descended with his awareness on currents of sensation and awakened this time into the expanse of cosmic consciousness in the depth of his body.  He discovered how to consciously begin to integrate the unconditioned still ground of being with the ever pulsing, textured domain of worldly human existence in the physical body.  He experienced a merger of two worlds in way he had only heard of, the merging of awakened spirit and matter as one. For the first time, he experienced the profound expansiveness of cosmic consciousness in the depth of his cells, while fully present with his body and all its unruly and unpredictable waves of sensation and emotion.  This was his first taste of embodied awakening.
